Job Description
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide a technical solution to clients across a range of products including belt cleaning solutions, vibration solutions and safety solutions
- Maximisation of sales/profit opportunities by visiting existing and new customers to achieve or exceed territory sales
- Be customer focused and achieve agreed company targets and plans through business development
- To sell and promote the full product and service range to fulfil customer's needs
- Generate sales by providing exemplary service, establishing and maintaining strong customer rapport and a professional corporate image
- Establish and maintain accurate and up to date client information in a regular timely manner using the corporate CRM system
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have:
- The ability to travel on site building relationships with key decision makers across the WA mining sector
- Proven track record of establishing and achieving company sales targets
- Ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with all levels, including senior executives
- A mechanical engineering background from either a degree or trade perspective is ideal in order to "talk technical" to clients on site
- A background in territory planning and time management as you will be on the road visiting customers
- Technical Sales experience within WA's Mining or bulk materials handling industries
