Job Description

  • Coordinate and implement changes in warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Provide detailed reporting on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements within the warehouse.
  • Support the training and development of team members in new processes and systems.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are upheld during the implementation of changes.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions in the logistics workflow.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Change Coordinator should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in warehouse operations within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational changes effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in logistics and warehouse management.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Available to start immediately and open to a 6‑month fixed‑term contract
