Job Description

  • Oversee daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock movements to meet customer demands.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
  • Monitor and optimise storage space utilisation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve logistics processes and efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Shift Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in the retail industry.
