Job Description

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage inventory control, stock levels, and stock rotation processes.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including rostering and training.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and dispatch.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and optimise workflows.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement within warehouse procedures and operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management within the transport & distribution industry with cold chain.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
