Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all fulfilment and logistics operations within the retail environment.
  • Manage 3 teams across staggered shifts 6am - 10pm
  • This candidate must be available to work 2 weekends of each month and be flexible on start and finish times within 6am - 10pm
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Analyse and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align fulfilment operations with overall business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within the retail industry.
