Job Description

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to WHS standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding logistics requirements.
  • Perform regular equipment and facility checks to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Operative should have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics senior operative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
