This is a newly created, greenfield, stand-alone HR role reporting to the Regional HRD overseas. The role is responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment through to exit interviews. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys operational elements of HR with an a smaller element of strategy.

The role of the Senior HR Manager is to effectively manage HR Policy and Process, localization of global HR policies, manage, oversee and monitor HR compliance process and represent in external markets. Work with local experts to create HR strategy, methods to build a global approach to deal with the differences of various cultural, legal, and other variables.

The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the operational team to develop and implement effective recruitment practice, policy and procedures to support the development of high performing teams.

This role is responsible for developing and managing the operational and strategic delivery of HR and compliance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing advice and assurance to the Executive team regarding HR recruitment, work health and safety, wellbeing, employment/industrial relations and retention.
