Reporting to the Head of Digital and Omni- Channel, and be part of the CX team, will be a key part of the growth engine. To utlise your experience in e-commerce management to derive and analyse data, to form insight and develop initiatives to improve digital customer experience. The end objective is to build a platform that will allow consumers to research and be inspired by the product offering.
