Our client is an international organisation within Pharmaceuticals. With operations across multiple countries and geographies. Due to significant growth in their operations the newly created role of Regional Total Rewards Analyst is being appointed.

To be the first point of contact for clients and families seeking support services. This person will
use case management skills to assess individual needs and enhance independence, abilities,
community participation and/or quality of life.
Working closely with the operations team, this role will ensure client consultation is relevant, that
Individual Support Profiles, Agreements and Service Bookings are correct, current, reviewed and outcome
monitored on a regular basis.
This role acts a the subject matter expert on compensation and benefits for a large, global business. The role involves identifying new opportunities for the business and implementing strategic changes. This is not a maintenance role.
Reporting up to the General Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for the development, reporting and analysis of workforce metrics and dashboards and related activities in line with business objectives and requirements.
