The Senior Communication and Media Officer collaborates organisation-wide to plan and execute internal and external communication strategies aimed at promoting and safeguarding the companies brand and services. Responsibilities include crafting, evaluating, and disseminating educational content across various channels to engage media, digital platforms, corporate stakeholders, and customers effectively.
Be responsible for the management of the media and communications portfolio. You will be responsible for media management, communications and content creation. You will also increase media and public affair opportunities for the organisation and maintain relationships with key media contacts and journalists across print and broadcast media, social media and other channels.
As the Senior Communication and Media Advisor, you lead a team to develop and manage targeted communication strategies to enhance understanding of tenancy rights and responsibilities in Queensland. Through collaboration with stakeholders and innovative approaches, you work towards fostering a rental sector that is inclusive and beneficial for all involved parties.
