The Service Desk Analyst delivers prompt resolution to customers through the provision of first and second level technical support for incoming service requests and incidents related to computer systems, software, and hardware

This role will require you to provide technical support on and off site to a diverse range of clients, you will be based in our clients main office providing remote support with the service desk team, you will also on occasions join the systems engineers to provide on site support where required.
