Facing stiff competition from over 500 organisations, we were delighted to improve our position and in particular to receive credit for the advances we had made in all the relevant categories, including:
Leadership – a massive 5% increase in how our people feel about their senior management team, the inspiration of our Chief Executive and their faith in their ability to lead the company to even greater levels of success.
My Manager – an encouraging 2% increase in the influence upon day to day working lives by individual managers. Our people feel supported, trusted, encouraged and cared for.
Personal Growth – a fantastic 4% step forward reinforcing our commitment to training and personal development.
