The HR Coordinator will work within the HR Service Centre team. The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide first level support to all employees with regard to HR Systems, Remuneration, Benefits, Payroll and Performance Management.
The successful candidate will respond to all HR Helpline requests e.g. queries on policies, processes, documentation and information in the above areas.
The candidate will also liaison with the payroll team to ensure all pay related changes are provided in a timely and accurate manner as well updating and maintaining of all HRIS systems.
