You'll work closely with HR leaders to develop reporting solutions, automate processes, and enhance the organisation's people analytics capability.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain insightful HR analytics dashboards, reports, and Power BI solutions that support strategic workforce decision-making.Analyse workforce and people data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting, partnering with HR and business leaders to align analytics with organisational priorities and workforce goals.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data through robust validation, governance, and quality assurance processes.Design, track, and enhance HR metrics and KPIs to provide meaningful visibility into workforce performance and people outcomes.Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall analytics experience.Support HR projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.Present analytics findings and insights to stakeholders, using data storytelling to build understanding, improve data literacy, and drive informed decision-making.The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for an analytical and commercially minded HR Analytics professional who can turn complex workforce data into meaningful business insights.
