With a commitment to improving patient outcomes through science, innovation, and collaboration, Nexpring Health is helping shape the future of reproductive medicine.Job DescriptionThe Site Director role will lead and oversee a manufacturing site specialising in precision engineering and cleanroom assembly. The role will be accountable for site performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. The role will first lead through a period of change and transformation as the site prepares for a new phase of operation, before assuming ongoing oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a cross-functional site leadership team spanning Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.Ensure compliance with industry standards, company quality and regulatory requirements.Oversee manufacturing operations.Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.Establish, monitor, and achieve key Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics.Own site financial performance, including budgeting, productivity, and cost management.Champion a zero-harm safety culture and ensure a safe working environment.Build, develop, and lead a high-performing workforce through effective training and talent development.Ensure facilities, equipment, and cleanrooms are maintained to operational and regulatory standards.Partner with global stakeholders to support strategic objectives and business growth.Undertake other duties as required to support site and business objectives.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate for the Site Director position should have:A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of 10 years experience in a related fieldStrong knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing principles and practices.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.Solid understanding of compliance and familiarity with operating in a regulated industry.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.Ability to operate and take decisions independently where necessary and comfortable with a high degree of autonomyWhat's on OfferSalary will be tailored to the successful candidate, along with performance-based incentives.
