Job Description

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain driver-based financial models.
  • Develop rolling forecasts and provide analysis on risks, opportunities and performance trends.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting, including commentary and variance analysis.
  • Business partner with operational stakeholders, supporting decision-making, financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses.
  • Support pricing reviews, margin analysis, cost-to-serve assessments and commercial sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide financial support for grant applications, acquittals and compliance reporting.
  • Work closely with AP, AR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial inputs and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA or CPA qualified (essential).
  • Strong background in FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance.
  • Experience leading budgets, forecasts and financial modelling.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability with SLT.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or other government-funded sectors would be highly regarded.

What's on Offer

  • Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 + Super
