Job Description

Key Responsibilities· Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and integrations.

· Design and implement ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions including Dispatcher Workspace, work order management, scheduling, and mobile capabilities.

· Build and maintain ServiceNow Mobile Agent and Mobile App Builder solutions with offline functionality.

· Develop custom applications and enhancements using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

· Create and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.

· Configure responsive forms, workspaces, catalog items, and user experiences aligned to business requirements.

· Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and support deployment activities through established DevOps and CI/CD practices.

· Produce technical documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

· Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance.

· Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation across the ServiceNow platform.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

· Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with organisational standards.

The Successful Applicant

Required Skills & Qualifications· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments.

· Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).

· Experience with Mobile App Builder, Mobile Agent, Form Designer, Flow Designer, and Workspace configuration.

· Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Catalog development.

· Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.

· Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and application development best practices.

· Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps/CI-CD processes.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management (preferred).

· Experience working within utility, infrastructure, or operational technology environments.
