An exciting opportunity for an Accountant to manage the end-to-end finance function within a growing and dynamic business. This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, cash flow management, budgeting, and business partnering in a supportive international environment.

Job Description

  • Manage the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable, supplier payments and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections and debtor management.
  • Process payroll and manage superannuation, PAYG and payroll tax obligations.
  • Prepare BAS, GST reconciliations and assist with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting and treasury activities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial variance analysis.
  • Assist with year-end audit requirements and preparation of audit schedules.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across finance operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • CPA or CA qualified, or currently working towards qualification.
  • 3-5+ years experience in a broad accounting position.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with accounting systems and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
