About Our Client

Michael Page is partnering with a range of established organisations across Perth that require additional Accounts Payable support to assist through year-end workloads, system projects, backlogs, and leave coverage.

Job Description

  • Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims
  • Performing invoice matching and coding
  • Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Supporting month-end processes where required
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Working across a variety of ERP and accounting systems
  • Providing additional support to finance teams during peak periods

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience using ERP or accounting systems
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Available for contract opportunities over the coming weeks and months
