Job Description

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of business intelligence, reporting and analytics capabilities across the APAC region.
  • Develop, maintain and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI frameworks that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product and IT teams to identify opportunities for performance improvement and business growth.
  • Design and manage robust data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability across reporting environments.
  • Utilise SQL, DAX and Power Query to transform, analyse and visualise data from multiple sources.
  • Establish and monitor key business metrics, providing regular performance reporting and trend analysis.
  • Drive data governance, reporting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a Data Analyst, fostering a high-performance and insight-driven team culture.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, automation and decision support.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis through data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping shape business strategy through evidence-based recommendations.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Intelligence, Analytics or Reporting professional with a proven ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights. You will be equally comfortable working hands-on with data and reporting tools while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive business performance.

You will bring a strong background in developing dashboards, reporting frameworks and data models, along with the commercial acumen to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Experience managing or mentoring team members will be highly regarded, as will a passion for fostering a data-driven culture across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will likely possess:

  • 4+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Commercial Analysis or a related data-focused role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling and report optimisation.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • A track record of delivering actionable insights that have influenced business strategy and operational performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, sales, customer success and technology functions.
  • Exposure to leadership, coaching or mentoring responsibilities, with the ability to develop analytical capability within a team.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a continuous improvement focus and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting and business outcomes.
