Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape design governance, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and deliver exceptional residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects

Job Description

  • Define and lead the company's overall creative vision, design philosophy, and aesthetic direction.
  • Establish and continuously enhance design standards, guidelines, and creative governance frameworks.
  • Oversee design quality across interior design, architecture, and FF&E deliverables.
  • Lead design reviews and ensure projects achieve exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align design ambitions with commercial and operational objectives.
  • Drive innovation initiatives that strengthen the firm's creative differentiation and market position.
  • Provide strategic oversight of FF&E selection, supplier relationships, and material curation.
  • Act as the senior creative authority for concept approvals, design direction, and quality assurance.
  • Present design solutions and creative strategies to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and design excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience within leading design studios, design consultancies luxury design environments.
  • Proven track record in a Creative Director, Design Director, or similar senior leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio of delivered luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-end commercial projects.
  • Exceptional design sensibility combined with technical and execution expertise.
  • Experience developing design standards, quality frameworks, and creative processes across large teams.
  • Strong FF&E knowledge and exposure to international brands, suppliers, and collaborations.
