Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management and strategic objectives of the business. Responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial advice.
  • Preparing annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
  • Delivering month-end reporting, analysis and commentary.
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying key trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights.
  • Supporting business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
  • Assisting stakeholders to understand financial performance and make informed decisions.
  • Preparing ad hoc financial analysis and management reports as required.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful, you will likely bring:

  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A commercially focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP or finance systems.
  • CA or CPA qualification, or be working towards completion.
