Hybrid working is also available after six monthsJob DescriptionThis is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate jobs from start to finish, working with customers, technicians, logistics and internal teams to make sure everything is organised, scheduled and delivered as expected.You'll coordinate the delivery of customer jobs from initial work order through to completion, including:Reviewing work orders and understanding what needs to be deliveredCoordinating with customers and keeping them updatedScheduling technicians and managing their availabilityPreparing job briefs and ensuring technicians have what they needWorking with the Logistics team to coordinate hardware and stockTracking multiple jobs and making sure deadlines are metFollowing up on outstanding actions and resolving issuesCoordinating changes or rescheduling when requiredChecking completed work and obtaining the required approvalsReconciling technician costs, products and other job informationAssisting with billing and invoicingProviding regular updates and reporting to the Implementation ManagerThere's a lot to keep track of, so being able to understand what needs to happen next and stay on top of the detail is key.The Successful ApplicantYou're someone who enjoys being organised, keeping things moving and working out what needs to happen next.You'll be confident communicating with customers, technicians and internal teams, and comfortable managing several priorities at once. You'll take ownership of your work, follow things through and be proactive when something doesn't go to plan.You don't need to have worked in Implementation before.
