Job Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Infor Pathway system.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Infor Pathway platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on the use of the Infor Pathway system.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical queries related to the platform.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infor Pathway Specialist should have:

  • Experience working with the Infor Pathway system and e-pathway system.
  • Strong technical skills in system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and understand their requirements.
  • Knowledge of data security and system integrity practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating system documentation and delivering training.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
