A key focus of the role will be delivering HRIS-related integration projects, connecting people, payroll, talent, and workforce management platforms with broader business systems to ensure accurate, secure, and automated data flows across the organisation.The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining integration interfaces, developing workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (particularly Power Automate), and creating robust API-based connectivity through REST and GraphQL services. They will also develop and maintain data integration and reporting assets within Microsoft Fabric, optimise system performance, and manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the role requires the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring integrations support organisational priorities and deliver measurable business value.
