A multinational Pharmaceutical business

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage Import/Export operations across various APAC countries.
  • Collaborate with customs, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline supply chain activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any logistical issues or delays effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on logistics performance and costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within logistics operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics Specialist should have:

  • Thai & English proficiency
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the life science industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
