About Our Client

Our client is a major service provider in non-emergency medical transport, training and occupational health. They have a national footprint and a large team servicing the whole Perth metro area.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Implement and monitor operational processes to meet performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Lead and support a team to achieve effective operations.
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in logistics or operations management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • A solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in medical/clinical or care-focused environments will be highly regarded
