Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple client portfolios
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery in line with client SLAs
  • Interpret awards, EBAs, and employment agreements across industries
  • Process superannuation, PAYG, and statutory obligations
  • Act as a key point of contact for client payroll queries
  • Maintain and update employee records across various payroll systems
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting
  • Ensure strict compliance with Australian payroll legislation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally within an outsourced or multi-client environment
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation
  • Experience managing multiple payrolls simultaneously
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Exposure to large payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Preceda, Chris21, SAP or similar)
  • Ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines
