With a strong commitment to continuous improvement and technology-driven efficiency, they are embarking on a significant Humanforce upgrade project and are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Test Analyst to support this critical initiative.Job DescriptionDevelop, execute, and manage comprehensive testing plans for the Humanforce upgrade.Create and maintain detailed test scripts, test cases, testing schedules, and documentation.Perform system, integration, regression, parallel payroll, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Validate payroll calculations, award interpretation, leave accruals, allowances, overtime, penalties, and other payroll-related outcomes.Identify, document, track, and assist in resolving system defects and issues.Work closely with Payroll, HR, IT, project stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the testing lifecycle.Verify data integrity and ensure system enhancements meet business requirements.Support business users during testing activities and provide guidance on testing processes.Assist with release readiness, deployment validation, and post-upgrade support.Prepare testing reports and provide recommendations to project stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantDemonstrated experience in Payroll Systems Testing, Payroll Projects, Systems Analysis, or a similar role.Previous experience working with Humanforce, ideally within upgrade, enhancement, or optimisation projects.Strong payroll knowledge, including experience working within complex award and enterprise agreement environments.Experience developing and executing end-to-end testing strategies and test plans.Proven ability to identify system issues and work collaboratively to achieve resolutions.Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within project teams.What's on OfferMarket leading remunerationOpportunity to join a major business-critical Humanforce upgrade project.Exposure to a complex payroll and workforce management environment.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Flexible working arrangements.ContactJonathan DawsonQuote job refJN-092026-7103865Phone number+(61) 415142246Job summaryFunctionAccounting & FinanceSpecialisationPayrollIndustryHealthcare / PharmaceuticalLocationHawthornJob TypeTemporaryConsultant nameJonathan DawsonConsultant phone+(61) 415142246Job ReferenceJN-092026-7103865
