About Our Client

A well-regarded organisation in the Perth market. They are completing a large scale ERP transformation over the next 2 years and are looking to add a Principal Architect specialising with Oracle Fusion to their program. This is a pivotal role within the organisation and will be a driver in multiple technical disciplines moving forward.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement architectural strategies to align with business goals.
  • Successfully contribute to the ERP transformation to Oracle Fusion, maintaining a multi-modular approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technology solutions.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with architectural decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Principal Architect should have:

  • Proven expertise in technology architecture within the Oracle environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Existing history of large scale ERP transformations with Oracle Fusion
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
