  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and challenges promptly.
  • Ensure all project deliverable's meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.
  • Lead the delivery of ICT and digital transformation projects.
  • Coordinate project workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
