Job Description

Lead business analysis activities for a large-scale network and security transformation program, focused on SD-WAN and SSE implementation

Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather, document, and manage business and system requirements

Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment and ensure clear understanding of project objectives

Work closely with network engineers, architects, and cybersecurity teams to support solution design and delivery

Operate across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments to ensure effective project execution in a fast-paced setting

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience as a Senior/Technical Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments (Essential)

Proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams (Essential)

Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts (WAN/LAN, VPN, routing, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing) (Essential)

Exposure to SD-WAN, SASE, or SSE technologies and network transformation programs (Essential)

Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment in complex delivery environments (Essential)

Knowledge of network security and cybersecurity principles, including collaboration with engineering and security teams (Essential)

Familiarity with Zero Trust (ZTNA), CASB, SWG, IAM concepts, and vendor platforms like Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Palo Alto, or Zscaler (Desirable)
