Job Description

  • Partner with project leadership to define Workday implementation scope, complexity and delivery requirements.
  • Lead BPMN business process mapping across end-to-end HR processes and value chains.
  • Assess integration, interface and data impacts across the HR technology ecosystem.
  • Facilitate workshops and gather business, functional, technical and data requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into Workday configuration and solution design outcomes.
  • Support testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities throughout implementation.
  • Provide functional support during hypercare and transition knowledge to operational teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRIS Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • 7+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering Workday implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and functional capabilities.
  • Experience with BPMN business process modelling and process optimisation.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience assessing integrations, interfaces, data quality and data remediation requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
