Job Description

  • Lead business analysis activities across a Workday transformation program
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements
  • Analyse current and future-state business processes
  • Support project scoping and discovery activities
  • Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
  • Develop business cases, process maps and supporting documentation
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated Workday project experience
  • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
  • Experience working within large transformation programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience operating in ambiguous or greenfield environments
  • Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
