The Supply Chain Technology Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in optimising supply chain technology operations within the retail industry by implementing and maintaining effective technology solutions. This permanent role is based in Richmond and offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects
  • Own Blue Yonder and supply chain platform improvements end-to-end.
  • Work across WMS, TMS, MuleSoft, and enterprise integrations.

Job Description

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain systems.
  • Manage BAU incidents, service requests, root cause investigations, and problem resolution activities.
  • Monitor application performance, identify system issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain technology platforms.
  • Work with business stakeholders to optimise warehouse, transportation, inventory, and fulfilment processes through technology solutions.
  • Support and maintain MuleSoft integrations between supply chain applications, ERP systems, and external partners.
  • Assist with testing activities including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, support procedures, process maps, and knowledge articles.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Technology Systems Analyst should have:

  • Experience supporting and administering Blue Yonder applications within a supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a BAU support environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, logistics, and order fulfilment.
  • Experience managing incidents, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
