Job Description

  • Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement system upgrades and updates as required.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to support ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Systems Engineer should have:

  • Strong technical skills in IT systems management and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience across VMware, AD Entra ID, on prem & cloud, vulnerability remediation patching.
  • Experience working with system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of IT security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
