Job Description

Supporting a well-established and growing Australian-owned automotive business, this hands-on Warehouse Supervisor/Coordinator position offers the opportunity to lead from the front and make a genuine impact within a modern, highly automated warehouse operation.This is not a desk-bound management role. You will be actively involved in warehouse activities while coordinating workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience across multiple sales channels including wholesale, trade and e-commerce.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Lead and support a small warehouse team, including casual staff during peak periods
  • Manage stock accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory control processes
  • Allocate daily priorities to meet order deadlines across multiple customer channels
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries, containers and supplier shipments
  • Manage freight bookings and relationships with transport providers
  • Oversee returns, warranty claims and damaged stock processes
  • Maintain warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safety standards
  • Utilise WMS and inventory systems to process transactions accurately
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Work closely with customer service, purchasing and management teams



About You

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Coordinator position
  • Strong inventory control and stock management experience
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems, scanners and technology
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to lead from the front
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift Licence and/or Walkie Stacker experience advantageous
  • Experience within distribution, e-commerce or automotive sectors highly regarded
