The successful candidate will have strong workforce planning experience and essential UKG (Kronos) expertise to drive workforce optimisation and business performance.

About Our Client

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting workforce optimisation, forecasting, and operational workforce planning activities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in analysing workforce data, improving scheduling efficiency, and delivering insights that support strategic workforce decisions.This role requires a hands-on analyst with strong workforce planning experience and advanced UKG/Kronos expertise.

Job Description

  • Develop workforce plans and forecasts to support business needs.
  • Analyse workforce data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with operational leaders and HR teams to forecast staffing requirements.
  • Monitor workforce allocation, productivity, and labour utilisation to ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support workforce decision-making.
  • Track workforce KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support workforce planning projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Assist with contingency and resource planning activities.
  • Maintain accurate workforce data across planning and scheduling systems.
  • Ensure compliance with workforce policies and relevant regulations.
  • Present workforce analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Utilise UKG/Kronos to manage workforce planning, reporting, scheduling, and analytics activities.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous Workforce Planning Analyst experience within a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong UKG (Kronos) experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in workforce forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and resource optimisation.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience working with workforce data, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
