The organisation operates in the retail industry and is based in Docklands.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT and marketing goods and services.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and define clear sourcing requirements.
  • Prepare and manage sourcing documentation to support informed supplier selection.
  • Review supplier proposals and commercial information to support procurement decisions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers in line with agreed procurement requirements.
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation to provide clear visibility of sourcing activity.
  • Monitor supplier arrangements and address procurement matters as they arise.
  • Identify ways to improve procurement processes across IT and marketing categories.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Procurement Specialist, covering either IT or Marketing should have:

  • Experience managing procurement activities across IT or marketing categories.
  • Capability to run sourcing processes, from requirements gathering through to supplier selection.
  • Experience reviewing supplier proposals and commercial terms.
  • Strong commercial negotiation capability with suppliers.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify purchasing needs and priorities.
  • Experience maintaining accurate procurement documentation and supplier records.
