Reporting directly to the CIO and partnering with senior executives across the business, this newly created position will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is adopted, governed and leveraged across the enterprise. Job Description

    • Develop and own the organisation's enterprise AI strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap.
    • Assess current AI, data and analytics capabilities to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for value creation.
    • Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritise high-impact AI initiatives aligned to business objectives.
    • Build business cases and investment strategies that demonstrate measurable commercial outcomes and ROI.
    • Establish AI governance, operating models and responsible AI frameworks across the organisation.
    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable programmes and oversee delivery through internal teams and technology partners.
    • Act as the trusted advisor to the CIO and executive leadership team on AI trends, opportunities and industry best practice.
    • Track, measure and optimise the business value generated from AI investments, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible operational and commercial benefits.



The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Business Partner should have:

    • Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide AI, data and analytics transformation initiatives within large, complex organisations.
    • Deep expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or related disciplines, with a strong understanding of how to leverage data to drive business outcomes.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing AI strategies that have delivered measurable operational, commercial and strategic value.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, assess and prioritise AI opportunities based on business impact and return on investment.
    • Experience influencing and partnering with C-suite executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.
    • Demonstrated success establishing AI governance, operating models and responsible AI practices at an enterprise level.
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to drive organisational change and build alignment across diverse business functions.
    • Recognised as a trusted AI subject matter expert who stays at the forefront of emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices, whilst maintaining a practical focus on value realisation.
