Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Lead system integration, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as the key contact for system-related decisions, enhancements and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop functional specifications, process maps and solution documentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, databases and reporting solutions using Power BI and cloud technologies.
  • Support API, RPA and AI-enabled solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Manage testing activities (SIT/UAT), deployments and project delivery milestones.
  • Drive process improvement, change management and user adoption across the business.
  • Monitor project risks, budgets and system performance to ensure successful outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or technology sector.
  • Korean-speaking skills are ideal to collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering system integration, automation or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) and Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable and passionate about leveraging technology and AI to drive business outcomes.
