Job Description

  • Act as the primary customer-facing business and solutions contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients across ANZ.
  • Partner with CIOs, CISOs and technology leaders to maximise adoption of managed detection, response and cloud security services.
  • Provide guidance around observability, monitoring and operational risk management, helping customers improve visibility across their environments.
  • Lead executive reviews, presenting security trends, environment health insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive customer retention, account growth and expansion opportunities through trusted technical engagement.
  • Serve as the local point of contact during cyber incidents, coordinating communication between customers and regional incident response teams.
  • Translate technical findings into clear business updates for senior stakeholders and support post-incident reviews and remediation planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, customer success, technical account management, business development or related disciplines.
  • A strong ability to build credibility with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations, MDR/SOC environments, EDR/XDR technologies, threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
  • Experience supporting customers through security incidents, escalations or crisis situations with a calm and structured approach.
  • Understanding of observability, application monitoring, log management and infrastructure visibility platforms.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ or GCIH will be highly regarded.
