Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day site operations, supervising crews, operators and subcontractors
  • Drive productivity, safety and programme outcomes across civil construction works
  • Manage bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, drainage, pit and pipe installation
  • Oversee concrete footings, foundations, hardstands and access road construction
  • Coordinate plant utilisation, deliveries, subcontractors and site logistics
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and ensure WHS compliance across site
  • Monitor quality requirements, drawings, ITPs and inspection hold points
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reporting and workforce management using digital systems

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Site Supervisor should have:

  • Extensive civil construction supervision experience on major projects
  • Strong earthmoving, excavation, pit and pipe and footing construction expertise
  • Proven ability to lead crews, subcontractors and plant operations onsite
  • Experience managing high-volume truck and civil equipment movements
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, productivity and programme delivery
  • Utilities, substation, BESS or renewable energy project experience highly regarded
  • White Card and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
