The organisation is backed by a global consultancy group with with decades of industry experience.Job DescriptionLead the design and delivery of the company's remuneration and rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business performance, growth, and workforce objectives.Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic remuneration advice and insights informed by market trends and workforce data.Oversee and optimise salary frameworks, pay structures, and remuneration policies, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and commercial sustainability.Provide expert guidance on hiring, promotions, retention, and organisational change, supported by robust remuneration modelling and analysis.Manage and continuously improve short-term incentive (STI) and sales incentive programs, including design, governance, reporting, and performance alignment.Partner with business leaders to ensure incentive frameworks drive revenue growth and business outcomes.Lead the development and maintenance of job architecture and career frameworks, ensuring consistency across job families, grading, and progression pathways.Align remuneration with career development, capability frameworks, and workforce planning initiatives.Drive the evolution of employee benefits, recognition, and value propositions to enhance attraction, engagement, and retention.Support a holistic reward approach that recognises capability growth, performance, and professional development.Ensure strong pay governance, compliance, and remuneration policies, including executive and board reporting and audit controls.Lead pay equity and gender pay analysis, identifying gaps and implementing strategies to support fair and equitable outcomes.Deliver market benchmarking, salary analysis, and workforce insights using leading data sources to inform strategic decision-making.Develop remuneration dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support leadership with actionable insights.The Successful ApplicantA successful Compensation & Benefits professional should have:A background in professional services, consulting, technology and/or finance.Demonstrated expertise across remuneration strategy, salary frameworks, and incentive design, with the ability to align reward programs to business performance and growth objectives.Experience developing and embedding job architecture, grading structures, and career frameworks within large or complex organisations.Solid knowledge of pay governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including pay equity and gender pay analysis.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of Australian employment laws and compliance requirements.Proficiency in HR systems and tools relevant to compensation and benefits management.What's on OfferCompetitive remuneration package.Opportunities to work in a prominent organisation within the Technology & Telecoms industry.A collaborative and supportive workplace culture.Professional development opportunities to grow your career and make an impact.Convenient Sydney location.If you're ready to take your career in Compensation & Benefits to the next level, don't miss this opportunity.
