Based in an inner-city suburb, this temporary role combines culture diagnostics and analysis with the design and delivery of practical organisational development initiatives.

About Our Client

Our client is a large, complex organisation undertaking a significant organisational transformation. This newly created role sits within the Culture team and partners with stakeholders across People, Safety, Change, Communications, Strategy and Transformation.

Job Description

  • Conduct organisational culture assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Analyse cultural strengths, risks and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into clear and practical recommendations.
  • Support the design of future-state culture frameworks, behaviours and ways of working.
  • Design and deliver culture and organisational development interventions.
  • Facilitate workshops with leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to integrated culture, change and communication strategies.
  • Develop measures and reporting to track progress and effectiveness.
  • Provide specialist advice on culture transformation, organisational effectiveness and employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Culture Specialist should have:

  • Relevant qualification in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Science or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in organisational development, culture transformation or change management.
  • Experience working within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong capability in organisational diagnostics, culture assessments and behavioural analysis.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into effective organisational interventions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering culture or organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders.
  • Advanced facilitation, consulting and workshop design skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
