  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
  • Support the team in achieving service delivery targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Experience Officer should have:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the public sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • An understanding of public sector processes and services is an advantage.
