Job Description

  • Lead the cyber threat intelligence and hunting team to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and improve cybersecurity measures.
  • Oversee the analysis of security data to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate incident response efforts and provide actionable intelligence to minimise risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cyber threats and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on cybersecurity activities and findings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cyber Threat Intel and Hunt Manager should have:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a senior cyber security specialist, with deep expertise across threat intelligence, threat hunting, threat modelling, and both offensive and defensive security disciplines.
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and executing threat assessments and threat modelling, translating intelligence into actionable security improvements
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise security tooling, including log analytics, correlation and SIEM platforms (e.g. CrowdStrike/LogScale, Splunk
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly developed analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, board‑level stakeholders and external partners, while working autonomously
