Job Description

  • Perform audits for disability and human services providers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and provide clear feedback to clients.
  • Assess organisational processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all audit activities are conducted within the required timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in audit procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of audit processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Disability and Human Services Auditor should have:

  • Experience in auditing within the healthcare or human services sector.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS program.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or Health Science or related health qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in preparing clear and concise reports.
  • Good communication skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the healthcare sector.
  • Drivers licence.
