Our client is a specialist infrastructure consultancy delivering utility engineering, electrical design, digital engineering and utility coordination services across major transport and infrastructure projects. They have an established reputation in the NSW and QLD market and a strong pipeline of complex infrastructure work.

Job Description

  • Lead and grow the Electrical Engineering business unit across NSW and QLD
  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Win new work through existing industry relationships and strategic business development
  • Manage key client accounts and expand relationships across infrastructure markets
  • Oversee delivery of complex Electrical and utility infrastructure projects
  • Build, mentor and lead a team of engineers, designers and technical specialists
  • Provide technical leadership, governance and design assurance across projects
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, forecasting and market strategy



The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive Electrical design and utility infrastructure experience within NSW
  • Proven ability to win work and develop long-term client relationships
  • Existing network across transport, infrastructure, utilities or development sectors
  • Leadership experience building, managing and mentoring engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy requirements
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing project performance and profitability
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings
