Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their transport and distribution needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
  • Equally capable of developing existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable engaging with businesses across a broad range of industries.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to culture and performance.
  • Experience selling solutions rather than products will be highly regarded.
  • Backgrounds from logistics, transport, FMCG, industrial, services, or other B2B sales environments are encouraged to apply.
